Le Mans FC has experienced an exceptional journey over the past ten years, moving from N3 to Ligue 1. On July 4, 2016, the presidency of the club was officially taken, as the team began its third consecutive season in N3. At that time, few would have imagined that this would be the start of an incredible adventure. The first victory at MMArena against Blois, with two goals scored in the dying minutes, marked the beginning of what is now known as "LE MANS TIME." Over the seasons, the club has shown impressive resilience, notably during the promotion to National 1 after a decisive victory in Limoges. The promotion to Ligue 2 was a highlight, with memorable playoffs against Gazélec d'Ajaccio, where a legendary overhead kick from Mam Soro opened the doors to Ligue 2. Despite a tough relegation in Ligue 2, Le Mans FC managed to bounce back and return to the elite of French football. The last two seasons, under the guidance of Patrick Videira, have been marked by exceptional performances, allowing the club to return to Ligue 1. In summary, these ten years have been filled with emotions, victories, and unforgettable memories for all Le Mans FC supporters.
