Le Mans FC has announced a new organisation for access to its La Pincenardière training ground, aiming to better balance the professional squad's preparation with fan engagement. The club will maintain two public training sessions per week, including a dedicated Wednesday session for supporters and families.
The move is designed to protect work and recovery time for players and staff in a modernised environment. The training centre's spaces, including the physical preparation and recovery room, have been redesigned and re-equipped to meet the daily demands of Ligue 1 football. Le Mans FC, currently 14th in the table with 3 points, is working to solidify its place in the French top flight.
A Structured Approach
La Pincenardière, acquired and developed by OutField alongside the Clos Fleuri youth academy, will remain open to supporters. Access, however, is evolving towards a more structured setup. In addition to the Wednesday session, prioritised for supporters, families, and young fans, a second public session will be held five days before matches. The exact schedules for these sessions will be announced weekly via the club's social media channels and official website.
This new framework seeks to reconcile the needs of a team still building, unbeaten in its last five competitive matches (WDDWD), with the legitimate desire of supporters to see their players up close. The next challenge for Le Mans FC is a home fixture against Olympique Lyonnais, who sit 4th in the standings, on January 2, 2027. The ticket office and boutique at La Pincenardière are currently closed. The club states this closure is temporary and related to the implementation of the new organisation.
