Le Mans FC will introduce paid parking for home matches at the Marie-Marvingt stadium starting this Sunday, 13 September, against RC Lens. Supporters will have to pay between 5 and 10 euros per game to park, depending on the proximity to the ground.
Aurélien Burban confirmed the decision. "Starting with the match this Sunday, 13 September 2026 against RC Lens, it is possible to reserve a parking space at the Marie-Marvingt stadium in Le Mans (Sarthe)," he said. The measure applies to the remaining seventeen home fixtures of the Ligue 1 season.
Annual cost for supporters
For a fan attending every match, the annual parking cost alone ranges from 85 to 170 euros. Combined with match ticket prices, which vary from 22 to 95 euros depending on the opponent, the total bill for a full season can reach up to 1,955 euros. A season ticket holder, with a pass costing between 130 and 990 euros, will need to add up to 170 euros for parking, bringing their maximum annual budget to 1,160 euros.
Current sporting context
This announcement comes as the team, managed by Régis Le Bris, sits 15th in the table with just two points from three games. The last result was a 1-1 draw at Nice, where A. Bourabaa opened the scoring in the 13th minute. Recent form is a concern, with five matches without a win (DLDLD). The next challenge is a home game against 8th-placed FC Lorient on 19 September, a key fixture to climb the standings. The squad is currently without the injured Erwan Colas and Lucas Buades.
